We are pleased to welcome Suresh Kumar to Camco as our Maintenance Manager (MM) in Libya, Field 103-D, bringing with him over 19 years of industry experience in equipment maintenance, reliability, and operational support.
Suresh began his career in 2006 with SLB as a Wireline Service Specialist and advanced through several key positions, including Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, and Team Leader – Delivery. In these roles, he supported operations across Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe, managing teams in both deep-water and remote environments.
Over the course of his career, Suresh has acquired and demonstrated expertise in wireline and slickline operations, reliability-centered maintenance, quality management systems, and continuous improvement. He is also trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and has successfully led several reliability and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) projects. His structured project leadership is further supported by his recent certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
At Camco, Suresh will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of equipment in line with operational demands, improving asset reliability, increasing efficiency, and overseeing the implementation of preventive maintenance programs. He will also ensure the effective adoption of key processes that support business performance and operational excellence.
Suresh’s comprehensive technical background and commitment to continuous improvement make him a valuable addition to our team. We are pleased to have him on board.
