Camco was delighted to organize and host the first networking meeting for Human Resources teams in Libya’s oilfield services industry.
Representatives from the HR teams of Petrofac, SGS Gulf, NESR, Halliburton and Alkhorayef Petroleum met with Camco’s HR team at Nuqta co-working space in Tripoli to discuss a variety of topics that impact the industry’s employees in Libya.
The meeting was set up to create a network amongst HR professionals to act as a platform to share information and best practices.
Going forward, further meetings will be hosted with different companies, to look at emerging issues and tackle new challenges as they arise. The next meeting will be expanded to include representatives from Schlumberger and Oilserv.
